The production process of organosilicon products mainly includes the synthesis of chloromethane, organochlorosilane monomer and organosilicon polymer. The basic principle of chloromethane synthesis is that methanol and hydrogen chloride react to form chloroform under the action of catalyst. The synthesis of organochlorosilane mainly adopts the production process of direct synthesis of methylchlorosilane. The production process generally includes silicon powder processing, synthesis of methylchlorosilane, rectification and separation of methylchlorosilane, dimethylhydrolysis, hydrolysate cracking and ring distillation. Organopolysiloxanes are synthesized mainly by hydrolysis condensation and non hydrolysis condensation of silicon functional silane, including hydrolysis condensation of silicon functional organosilane, active siloxane, alcoholysis of organochlorosilane, and condensation between heterofunctional organosilanes. In China, silane monomer and polysiloxane are generally referred to as silicone, while polysiloxane liquid is silicone oil, polysiloxane rubber is silicone rubber, and polysiloxane resin is silicone resin.
