1. Structural composition
The desulfurization wastewater treatment system is mainly composed of collection tank, neutralization tank, reaction tank, flocculation tank, clear water tank, plate and frame filter press, filtrate pool, etc.
(1) The alkali liquor with the concentration of 25% is transported to the designated place by the alkali tank truck, and the alkali liquor in the alkali tank truck is injected into the No. 1 and No. 2 alkali metering boxes respectively by using the alkali unloading pump.
(2) Add 3 barrels of chemicals into the stock solution with the concentration of 20%, open the solenoid valve in the organic sulfur metering box, and turn on the agitator after the metering tank is filled with water. After the agitator stirs for 2 h, the solution with the concentration of 2% can be prepared.
(3) The original solution with a concentration of 11% was injected into the metering tank. Fill the metering tank with water, add 1.5 kg coagulant aid into the metering box, turn on the agitator, and stir for 2 h before the solution with concentration of 0.3% can be prepared.
(4) The acid solution with a concentration of 30% is transported to the designated place by the acid tank truck, and the acid liquid in the acid tank truck is injected into the metering box by the acid unloading pump.
2. Working principle
(1) After the whole system is installed, the staff use the waste water cyclone to inject wastewater into the triple header of the system, and start the agitator and dosing device at the same time. When the water in the clarifier overflows to the waste water tank, the water quality can not meet the requirements. The staff adjusted the dosage by checking the water quality concentration at the outlet of the discharge pump, so that the discharged wastewater gradually reached the standard.
(2) The filter press is mainly used to dehydrate the sludge. However, due to the high pressure of the inlet sludge, the designer contacted the manufacturer to replace the shaft core of the delivery pump, and changed the control mode of the pump to frequency conversion control. After that, the frequency of the conveying pump was kept at 30%, so that the inlet pressure of the filter press could be controlled at a constant 0.5 MPa.
(3) The protruding part on the filter plate groove in the filter press can support the filter cloth. The waste water flows through the filter cloth and flows out through the groove, and then goes through the clean water filter residue and compressed air to clean up the washing liquid in the wastewater. After completion of the above, the staff will remove the filter residue, and then change the filter cloth for the next round of process.
